Established in 1994 in Central Victoria, Australia, with a flower farm, growing roses, lavender and gum for the dried flower market. Sourcing the best quality fresh flowers and foliage across Australia, and throughout the seasons, we can now offer a much larger range of quality dried flowers.
The technique of drying and preserving has been developed and refined such that customers often ask if the flowers are still fresh.
There are several methods of drying including air drying, low heat drying, drying using desiccant and press drying.

The Potpourri & Confetti page describes how to make your own dried flower potpourri. Roses are dried for their petals as well as their buds. Rose petal confetti is a popular choice at weddings and is available in reds, pinks and mauve. Rosebuds are popular for cake decoration as they are edible - no pesticides.

What is the difference between drying and preserving?
Most flowers can be dried without adding a preservative. However, foliage such as Gum, can be greatly enhanced using a preservative before drying. This keeps the leaves soft and retains natural colour. See our Dried Flowers page.
Dried flowers and foliage will last for years if kept out of direct sunlight and indoors.
